Producer - Daniel DavisMade in Australia and delivered to NZ in 2005, his initial plan was to stay for six months then head home. Five years later he's still here and still loving it because lets face it... New Zealand is awesome! The majority of his working career has been in the kitchen as a chef yet it was a passion for the industry as a whole that led to the creation of DineTube. This project has been a great opportunity to develop an entirely new set of skills while at the same time getting closer to the heart of food than he's ever been before. |
